About the role
- Implement and maintain the test strategy for the SAP S/4HANA program.
- Define best practices, methodologies and processes across the entire testing lifecycle.
- Monitor and analyze critical testing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to provide strategic insights and improvement areas.
- Lead testing planning and coordination across all integrated platforms, applications, and impacted global affiliates.
- Serve as the central point of coordination for aligning testing deliverables with all the stakeholders including implementation partners, business process owners and key users of the application.
- Tracking and monitoring progress of all core testing stages: System integration testing, user acceptance testing and regression testing.
- Facilitate defect triage meetings for time resolution of defects as per the defined (Service Level Agreements) SLAs.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and share updates with senior management at various forums.
- Maintain automation and manual test repository for global and local processes.
- Participate in implementation of automation framework and develop automated test scripts to enhance the coverage of testing.
- Maintain dashboards in test management tool for real-time monitoring and reporting of testing activities.
- Coordinate with central testing tool administrators to manage configuration and user management of various testing tools used by the program.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience, with deep knowledge of testing SAP systems, and ideally with experience in S/4HANA projects.
- Proven expertise in testing tools like Jira, X-Ray and Confluence.
- Strong background in functional automation using automation tools for SAP native and Fiori apps.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages (e.g., German) are an advantage.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30%) as required by project work.
