• Working closely with the Director of Well-Being & Benefits on the continuing development of the firm’s health and well-being strategy, proactively identifying needs and advocating for programmes and interventions suited to a high-performance professional services environment

• Designing, developing, and maintaining applications and systems software with a primary focus on web-based solutions and system integrations

Infrastructure Engineer

• Responsible for the implementation, maintenance, support, and decommissioning of physical and virtual server and storage systems
• Ensuring these platforms are consistently configured, secure, and reliable across the firm’s global technology platform
• Performing routine operational tasks, including system patching, upgrades, backups, and recovery testing, in line with firm policies and change management processes
