About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Building queries using PeopleSoft, Business Objects, and other databases to extract results for various clients
- Consulting with stakeholders to address data needs and providing ad hoc assistance for general and intermediate-level data requests
- Extracting, cleaning, and transforming data from various sources for effective data management, reporting, and auditing
- Monitoring the performance and effectiveness of reporting products, troubleshooting issues, and optimising for speed and efficiency
- Building data visualisations and performing exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights for leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrate report and query building experience, with proficiency in Power BI, Tableau and SQL for data visualisation, modeling, and analysis
- Possess systems data extraction experience, preferably with PeopleSoft or Business Objects
- Display well-developed and professional interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to interact with people at all organisational levels
- Experience managing data; human resources data experience, preferably
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, in Business Administration, Human Resources, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
