About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Working with colleagues to develop integrated, multi‑channel communications campaigns and programmes to support internal stakeholders and reach external target audiences
  • Promoting social media tactics as a core component of the Brand & Communications channel mix and ensuring alignment with the firm’s website and digital media strategy
  • Providing ongoing coaching and advisory support, and driving participation, to partners and lawyers on social media best practices, including content development, platform use, and profile optimisation
  • Supporting the development and growth of the firm’s presence and effectiveness across multiple social media platforms
  • Providing support to other digital channels, including lw.com, and coordinating across the firm’s digital platforms
  • Serving as an administrator of the firm’s social media platforms

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A bachelor’s degree in digital media, PR/communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field
  • Experience in digital communications or social media, including providing strategic counsel and hands‑on execution
  • Experience developing and implementing social media initiatives within a professional services, corporate, or similar environment
  • Experience within a professional services or B2B context, preferably
