Account Manager

• Provide strong interactions with customers at the Senior Management level with support on forming relationships with C level contacts

• Proactively manage the success of a portfolio of assigned Keeper Security customers to deliver consistent value across the entire lifecycle
• Consistently demonstrate knowledge of Account Management best practices, stay up to date on trends in the industry, and operate as an Account Manager and Cyber Security advisor to your customers
• Understand and navigate account procurement practices to negotiate licensing contracts
• Resolve customer issues, alone and through collaboration with other Keeper Security teams; approach all situations with curiosity and creativity. Resolving customer issues can involve troubleshooting and require deep technical knowledge of our solutions and the Password management space
• Build strong customer relationships by maintaining high levels of engagement, adoption, and communication; conduct quarterly business reviews to ensure our clients are up to speed on their areas of vulnerability, new product features etc.
• Become a Keeper Security product expert for your customers; occasionally assist on Sales or Marketing calls/webinars as an Account Manager & Keeper expert
• Drive customer advocacy in the form of references, referrals, and case studies
• Perform data-driven reviews and analysis on customer portfolio to prioritize opportunity and risk; reliably renew and expand customer contracts, meet and exceed personal and team quotas
• Participate in the evolution of Keeper Security’s own Account Management programs and processes; insist on excellence in our own AM initiatives
• Contribute towards the development of a strong team environment by upholding high work standards

Associate Account Manager, Federal

Account Executive

• Create and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence
• Drive pipeline generation and revenue growth within assigned SLED territory through proactive outbound calls, emails, channel partners and virtual meetings
• Bring an already established and develop a further deep understanding of public sector procurement cycles, funding sources, and regulatory requirements
• Utilize current, extensive SLED contact pipeline from previously established and built relationships
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, lead generation campaigns, strategic channel partnerships and referrals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers, understanding their business needs and presenting tailored solutions
• Build and create a constant pipeline of prospective SLED customers
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to closing, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting
• Act as a subject matter expert on all Keeper products, staying knowledgeable and informed of changes, updates, and new products
• Conduct high-level sales presentations and negotiations to secure large enterprise deals
• Balance scheduling sales meetings with new clients on a weekly basis
• Participate in cold call/role play activities and shadow cold calls with colleagues
• Work collaboratively with the legal and sales ops teams to oversee the preparation proposals and execution of contracts, ensuring all terms are clearly understood and agreed upon
• Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and maximize customer satisfaction
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential threats
• Ability to travel to and from customer meetings, partner meetings and conferences (locally and nationally) & rent and/or operate a vehicle on behalf of the company

Enterprise Sales Executive, SLED

Marketing

• Develop and own Keeper’s global channel marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and regional sales priorities
• Lead, mentor and develop a global team of channel marketing professionals
• Establish frameworks, processes and KPIs for scalable channel marketing execution across all regions
• Drive integrated go-to-market strategies that support reseller, distributor and MSP partners
• Collaborate with channel sales leadership to ensure joint revenue goals, partner tiers and program initiatives are supported by comprehensive marketing plans
• Oversee the creation and global rollout of partner enablement materials, welcome kits, onboarding programs and campaign-in-a-box resources
• Evolve Keeper’s partner portal content strategy, ensuring alignment with top priorities, product launches and regional needs
• Support development and execution of global partner programs, incentives, MDF utilization and partner co-marketing initiatives
• Lead the planning and execution of global multi-touch channel campaigns to drive pipeline, deal acceleration and partner engagement
• Guide co-branded marketing efforts with resellers, distributors and MSPs across digital, email, events and content
• Oversee regional events, tradeshows and virtual webinar programs, ensuring consistent brand presence and measurable outcomes
• Create and manage the global channel marketing calendar, ensuring timely communication and cross-functional alignment
• Partner with product marketing, creative, digital, content and sales operations to support channel-focused messaging and assets
• Analyze campaign performance, partner engagement and ROI to inform quarterly planning, budget allocation and long-term strategy
• Monitor industry trends and competitive developments to evolve Keeper’s channel marketing approach
