Bilingual Training Specialist, Portuguese
Keeper Security, Inc.Deliver structured customer training sessions for Keeper’s cybersecurity platform. Ensuring customers understand core functionalities and adopt security best practices through guided training.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver structured customer training sessions using established materials and guidance to support the adoption of Keeper products
- Facilitate virtual training sessions, workshops, and (where applicable) webinars while encouraging participant engagement and interaction
- Use and maintain existing training materials and learning resources, contributing minor updates or improvements when identified
- Incorporate approved interactive elements into training sessions to support engagement and learning retention
- Engage with customers to understand training needs and gather feedback through undefined processes
- Provide post-training follow-up and basic support to reinforce learning outcomes and address common questions
- Maintain accurate documentation of training sessions and customer interactions to support continuity
- Follow established training standards, workflows, and documentation practices
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers in English, both verbally and in writing
- Support basic LMS user needs, including login questions, course access, and directing users to appropriate training resources
- Assist with updating training modules and materials in accordance with established approval and review processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years of experience in training development and delivery, preferably in a SaaS B2B environment or equivalent customer service environment
- Bilingual with English and Portuguese fluency (both verbal and written)
- Strong understanding of SaaS products and technologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to adapt training content to varying audience needs and skill levels
- Ability and willingness to consistently maintain working hours
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Experience with Google Docs and MS-office tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, across global regions and time zones
