Technician

• Perform the assembly, installation, and testing of machines and complete production lines.

Mechanical Assembly Technician

Mechanical Engineer

• Design mechanical systems in compliance with project timelines and company standards;
• Prepare and maintain machine bills of materials (BOMs) and related documentation according to company procedures.
• Create and update machine or subassembly bills of materials in accordance with internal processes and guidelines.
• Contribute to the definition of safety requirements and the validation of machines.
• Collaborate closely with other departments within the division, particularly Software Engineering, Testing & Commissioning, and Assembly.
• Provide technical support to the After-Sales team for troubleshooting activities and the implementation of new customer requests.

Project Manager

• Manage projects in accordance with customer requirements, planning activities, timelines, and costs in detail.
• Collaborate with the relevant Sales Manager/Product Manager on any necessary revisions to orders and contractual terms.
• Prepare and share with the project team the technical specifications (MIP) and ensure the distribution of all documents valid at the time of order entry (e.g., URS, Deviation List).
• Develop the project schedule (Gantt chart) together with Logistics and Operations and manage all project phases (Design Review, Design Validation, FAT, etc.).
• Organize and lead both internal and customer kick-off meetings.
• Coordinate periodic project progress meetings with the support team, sharing project control documents and checklists (Project Issue List, Deviation List, post-FAT Punch List, etc.).
• Manage communication with the customer, monitoring contractual obligations together with the Project Assistant and handling any Change Orders, including their formalization and implementation planning.
• Keep the Sales Manager and Management informed of any project issues, managing customer escalations when required.
• Plan, manage, and participate in all key project phases, including FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), and ensure the closure of the post-FAT Punch List while coordinating the handover of information and deliverables to the SAT (After-Sales) team.

Project Manager – End of Line

General

• Perform the assembly, installation, and testing of mechanical components for pharmaceutical packaging lines, including cartoning and end-of-line systems.

• Perform the assembly, commissioning, testing, and validation of the electrical systems of machines and/or production lines, both in-house and at customer sites.
• Prepare machine wiring and electrical control panels based on the electrical schematics provided.
• Carry out wiring activities for machine components and pre-assembled units supplied by external vendors, and verify their electrical functionality.
• Travel to customer sites to perform machine/line re-wiring, electrical panel installation, and electrical functionality checks.

Electrical Assembly Technician

Designer

• Design and select hardware components for the electrical and automation systems of new machine functions, assemblies, and machine parts, based on applicable requirements and customer specifications, while ensuring compliance with current regulations.
• Contribute to the selection of technical solutions and devices to be adopted, in line with applicable requirements and the strategic guidelines defined by the Division and the Company.
• Provide the correct design and implementation guidelines for the electrical bill of materials and related electrical schematics of automatic machines.
• Participate in working groups dedicated to risk assessments, with a particular focus on machine safety development and compliance.

Electrical Hardware Designer

• Provide back-office support to the Area Managers and Project Managers within the Sales Department.
• Prepare the commercial section of quotations based on the Area Manager's instructions.
• Maintain relationships with Area Managers, agents, subsidiaries, and customers.
• Create order confirmations and open the related WBS/Network structures in SAP after receiving the customer's purchase order.
