About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide back-office support to the Area Managers and Project Managers within the Sales Department.
- Prepare the commercial section of quotations based on the Area Manager's instructions.
- Maintain relationships with Area Managers, agents, subsidiaries, and customers.
- Create order confirmations and open the related WBS/Network structures in SAP after receiving the customer's purchase order.
- Verify the availability of IMA divisions or third-party suppliers and create related purchase orders.
- Communicate the issuance or revision of documents to all relevant company departments.
- Organize customer visits to IMA facilities, including support with accommodation and transportation arrangements.
- Update customer master data in SAP and CRM systems.
- Liaise with the central administration team regarding invoicing and other administrative activities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent knowledge of English and German, with Spanish considered a strong advantage.
- Degree in Languages/Translation & Interpreting and/or Economics, with 1 to 3 years of experience in structured industrial organizations.
- Knowledge of commercial and administrative procedures, including Incoterms, Letters of Credit, and International Transactions.
- Knowledge of SAP and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills within a team environment.
- Open-mindedness, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Ability to manage stress and urgent priorities effectively.
