About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the entire procurement process supporting production activities.
- Create Purchase Requisitions (PRs), issue and monitor Purchase Orders (POs).
- Verify order confirmations and maintain ongoing communication with external suppliers.
- Handle the administrative and operational management of contracts and related purchase orders.
- Collaborate with various departments to monitor orders, perform data analysis, and support production order closing activities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis, monitoring, and management activities.
- Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
