About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the entire procurement process supporting production activities.
  • Create Purchase Requisitions (PRs), issue and monitor Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Verify order confirmations and maintain ongoing communication with external suppliers.
  • Handle the administrative and operational management of contracts and related purchase orders.
  • Collaborate with various departments to monitor orders, perform data analysis, and support production order closing activities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis, monitoring, and management activities.
  • Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
