About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage projects in accordance with customer requirements, planning activities, timelines, and costs in detail.
- Collaborate with the relevant Sales Manager/Product Manager on any necessary revisions to orders and contractual terms.
- Prepare and share with the project team the technical specifications (MIP) and ensure the distribution of all documents valid at the time of order entry (e.g., URS, Deviation List).
- Develop the project schedule (Gantt chart) together with Logistics and Operations and manage all project phases (Design Review, Design Validation, FAT, etc.).
- Organize and lead both internal and customer kick-off meetings.
- Coordinate periodic project progress meetings with the support team, sharing project control documents and checklists (Project Issue List, Deviation List, post-FAT Punch List, etc.).
- Manage communication with the customer, monitoring contractual obligations together with the Project Assistant and handling any Change Orders, including their formalization and implementation planning.
- Keep the Sales Manager and Management informed of any project issues, managing customer escalations when required.
- Plan, manage, and participate in all key project phases, including FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), and ensure the closure of the post-FAT Punch List while coordinating the handover of information and deliverables to the SAT (After-Sales) team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within the automatic machinery and/or industrial sector, with a strong background in project-based and order-driven environments.
- Degree in Management Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in project planning software (e.g., Microsoft Project).
