About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage projects in accordance with customer requirements, planning activities, timelines, and costs in detail.
Collaborate with the relevant Sales Manager/Product Manager on any necessary revisions to orders and contractual terms.
Prepare and share with the project team the technical specifications (MIP) and ensure the distribution of all documents valid at the time of order entry (e.g., URS, Deviation List).
Develop the project schedule (Gantt chart) together with Logistics and Operations and manage all project phases (Design Review, Design Validation, FAT, etc.).
Organize and lead both internal and customer kick-off meetings.
Coordinate periodic project progress meetings with the support team, sharing project control documents and checklists (Project Issue List, Deviation List, post-FAT Punch List, etc.).
Manage communication with the customer, monitoring contractual obligations together with the Project Assistant and handling any Change Orders, including their formalization and implementation planning.
Keep the Sales Manager and Management informed of any project issues, managing customer escalations when required.
Plan, manage, and participate in all key project phases, including FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), and ensure the closure of the post-FAT Punch List while coordinating the handover of information and deliverables to the SAT (After-Sales) team.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within the automatic machinery and/or industrial sector, with a strong background in project-based and order-driven environments.
Degree in Management Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Professional proficiency in English.
Proficiency in project planning software (e.g., Microsoft Project).
