About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the integration of newly acquired companies into the Group by aligning procedures, working methods, and supplier networks.
Liaise with manufacturing sites to plan and oversee the implementation of strategies and guidelines defined by Corporate Management.
Conduct on-site visits to ensure that production methods and processes are implemented according to Group standards.
Coordinate and plan production activities and procurement processes in line with headquarters' directives.
Analyze existing and future machine bills of materials (BOMs).

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Management Engineering.
Fluent English language skills.
Willingness to travel internationally.
Knowledge of a second foreign language.
Previous experience in manufacturing companies and/or project management roles.
