About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the integration of newly acquired companies into the Group by aligning procedures, working methods, and supplier networks.
  • Liaise with manufacturing sites to plan and oversee the implementation of strategies and guidelines defined by Corporate Management.
  • Conduct on-site visits to ensure that production methods and processes are implemented according to Group standards.
  • Coordinate and plan production activities and procurement processes in line with headquarters' directives.
  • Analyze existing and future machine bills of materials (BOMs).

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Management Engineering.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
  • Knowledge of a second foreign language.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing companies and/or project management roles.
