Ale Haus Supervisor

General

• The Ale Haus Busperson plays a key role in creating an exceptional dining experience by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment.
• This position is responsible for clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables, stocking service stations, and assisting the restaurant team to ensure efficient service and outstanding guest satisfaction.

• Maintain knowledge of restaurant service standards, table setups, beverage service, and pre-bussing procedures.
• Promptly clear, clean, sanitize, and reset tables according to company standards.

• Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, service stations, floors, carpets, and surrounding guest areas.

Business Analyst

• Analyze current state and history of currently implemented office policy and procedures

Cage Supervisor – Grave Shift

• Serves as a leadership position within the economic development functional area, providing direction of technical work
• Provides expert support to the DEMD Business Development Team, focusing on energy and mineral resource projects
• Performs analysis of grant budgets from tribal organizations and provides recommendations for allowable amounts
• Evaluates grant proposals from Tribal organizations, assessing the viability of project proposals
• Monitors assigned grants throughout their full lifecycle

Senior Economic Development Specialist

• Works closely with HR and Payroll during open enrollment, new eligible enrollments, terminations, and qualifying events.
• Assists with verification and processes all plan enrollment forms.
• Refers employee enrollments inquiries and complaints to corporate Benefits Assistant or Bellevue Benefits Specialist to ensure quick, courteous resolution.
• Mails enrollment confirmation and plan documents to employees in a timely manner.
• Assists with processing all enrollment document and status changes with vendors and Payroll to include COBRA notification and any related data entry.
• Sends out any communications and materials in preparation for enrollment in employee benefits.
• Maintains confidentiality of all employee information.

Benefits Enrollment Clerk

Executive

• The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for managing and coordinating the Environmental Services staff to ensure that facilities cleanliness and are welcoming for all occupants.
• The Executive Housekeeper is accountable for day-to-day operations of assigned government contracts.
• Build, improve and maintain relationships with client and employees: develop & retain staff; coordinate needed support services and solve problems to effectively run the account.
• Provide quality customer service.
• Maintains weekly operating schedules and completion of payroll for assigned custodial personnel.

• Supports VTARNG medical readiness operations by maintaining, processing, reconciling, uploading, and safeguarding Soldier medical and dental records
• Manage medical documentation by receiving, scanning, and filing all records into the appropriate electronic record system (MEDCHART)
• Maintain medical records in accordance with Army Regulation (AR) 40-66
• Log and track all incoming medical documents and forward them within three business days
• Upload and verify documents into the Health Readiness Record (HRR) and stamp verified documents
• Perform charting and data entry in multiple systems ensuring updates are completed within three business days

• Performs general maintenance on equipment and machinery.
• Touch up painting or patching of walls.

Maintenance Worker

• Oversee daily slot floor operations in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Support and reinforce exceptional guest service standards across the Slot Operations team

• Pay and/or verify jackpots over predetermined thresholds in accordance with Internal Controls

• Welcomes customers, answers their questions, helps them locate items, and provides advice or recommendations.
• Operates scanners, scales, cash registers, and other electronics.
• Balances the cash register and generates reports for credit and debit sales.
• Accepts payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and provides a receipt to every customer.
• Processing refunds and exchanges, resolves complaints.
• Bags or wraps purchases to ensure safe transport.
• Follows all store procedures regarding coupons, gift cards, or the purchase of specific items.
• Maintains a clean workspace. Responsible for counting the contents of cash register drawer at the end of each shift, maintaining receipts, records, and withdrawals.
• May be responsible for checking materials and supplies and reporting when stock is low.
