About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supervise cage operations and personnel during the grave shift, ensuring compliance with company policies and gaming regulations
- Monitor and verify cash handling procedures, safeguarding company assets at all times
- Maintain control over currency, coins, checks, and required forms and documentation
- Review and balance cage activity, ensuring accurate financial records and reconciliation
- Assist the Cage Shift Manager with hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Coach and mentor team members to promote accuracy, accountability, and service excellence
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity in all transactions and recordkeeping
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or operational issues promptly
- Provide exceptional internal and external guest service in all interactions
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Three (3) years of cage or cash-handling experience, including at least one (1) year in a supervisory role
- Strong understanding of state gaming regulations and monetary transaction controls
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
