About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee daily slot floor operations in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Support and reinforce exceptional guest service standards across the Slot Operations team
- Assist with developing and implementing customer service strategies for Slot Operations
- Pay and/or verify jackpots over predetermined thresholds in accordance with Internal Controls
- Create and manage daily and weekly staff schedules based on operational needs
- Ensure compliance with federal currency transaction reporting requirements
- Respond to guest concerns professionally, demonstrating empathy, active listening, and follow-through
- Maintain accountability for assigned keys, radios, handheld devices, and other company-issued equipment
- Attend all required training sessions and operational meetings
- Follow the Company Compulsive and Problem Gambling Plan, including regulations prohibiting service to minors or intoxicated guests
- Maintain scheduling flexibility to support business demands
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a guest service or customer service–driven environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Ability to use mobile devices, tablets, and touchscreen technology
