• Monitor and manage social media discussion threads across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit etc.)
• Engage with community in an appropriate tone —answering questions, and sparking deeper conversations.

Junior Management Accountant – APAC

Software Engineer

• Have a good Knowledge of AEM sites, templates, assets, plus components and their styling, with the ability to configure the right components in pages according to the design brief
• Be responsible for the authoring of websites and creation of web pages in AEM as per agreed design, making responsive using CSS where required, configuring and publishing those pages
• Map existing templates and components to an approved visual design/mock-up
• Design and optimise tactics and graphics, that follow template and brand guidelines, and that exceed the agreed quality metrics
• Do ongoing creative development; including creative iteration, image swap, copy updates etc.
• Work with the client’s project management team, brand stakeholders and digital teams to ensure the smooth delivery of all projects
• Support, where required, the transfer of AEM into the development and operating environment (AEM architecture and staging)
• Configure page properties, tags and asset metadata
• Configure Analytics or other similar tags in the page setup

AEM Developer

Accounts Payable

• Manage and maintain the Accounts Payable inbox, ensuring all communications are handled promptly.
• Onboard Suppliers to ERP system
• Code, check, upload, post, and match supplier invoices to Purchase Orders (POs) and raise Purchase Orders where necessary.
• Weekly Creditors Reconciliation
• Conduct weekly reviews of the Purchase Order listing and chase outstanding invoices.
• Responsible for accurate month end cut off procedures for purchase ledger.
• Weekly review of purchase order listing and chase outstanding unauthorised invoices as required.
• Complete all month-end reconciliations and reporting within given deadlines.
• Prepare and process weekly payment runs, uploading payments to the bank for approval.
• Process staff expense claims via Paprika, ensuring compliance with the expense policy and inclusion of all receipts.
• Assist with cashflow forecasting by providing weekly updates on the creditors.
