About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and communication materials.
- Design and adapt visual assets for websites, email campaigns, social media platforms, presentations, and other digital channels.
- Create print-ready materials including brochures, flyers, posters, event collateral, and promotional assets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams, project stakeholders, and subject matter experts to understand project objectives and deliver effective visual solutions.
- Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all touchpoints.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Review, proof, and refine creative materials to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance requirements are met.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging design techniques, and advancements in creative technology and AI-powered design tools.
- Support the adoption and responsible use of approved AI tools to enhance design efficiency, creativity, and workflow optimisation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of professional experience in Graphic Design.
- Demonstrated experience working with pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical, life sciences, or other highly regulated brands.
- Strong understanding of healthcare and pharmaceutical visual communication.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.
- Working knowledge of Figma.
- Experience using project management and workflow tools such as Jira.
- Experience designing for both digital and print environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong understanding of visual composition, typography, and branding.
