About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and communication materials.
  • Design and adapt visual assets for websites, email campaigns, social media platforms, presentations, and other digital channels.
  • Create print-ready materials including brochures, flyers, posters, event collateral, and promotional assets.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams, project stakeholders, and subject matter experts to understand project objectives and deliver effective visual solutions.
  • Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Review, proof, and refine creative materials to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance requirements are met.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging design techniques, and advancements in creative technology and AI-powered design tools.
  • Support the adoption and responsible use of approved AI tools to enhance design efficiency, creativity, and workflow optimisation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of professional experience in Graphic Design.
  • Demonstrated experience working with pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical, life sciences, or other highly regulated brands.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare and pharmaceutical visual communication, including the ability to interpret and execute creative assets within brand and compliance guidelines.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.
  • Working knowledge of Figma for collaborative design, prototyping, and design systems.
  • Experience using project management and workflow tools such as Jira to manage tasks, collaborate with stakeholders, and track project progress.
  • Experience designing for both digital and print environments.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities with the capability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong understanding of visual composition, typography, and branding.
  • Ability to receive, interpret, and implement constructive feedback effectively.
  • Comfortable working with and leveraging AI-powered tools within approved client and company guidelines.
