Full-stack Engineer

• Responsible for the development, maintenance, and iteration of the company's portal, back-end system, API network microservices, and other products.
• Proficient in using JavaEE and Cloud-Native for backend interface development, database design and optimization.
• Responsive pages can be developed using HTML5, ensuring compatibility and user experience.
• Collaborate with the team to complete requirements coordination, technical development, and document organization.
• Collaborate with the company's various system API integration development to achieve data interoperability.

Software Engineer

Proposal Manager

• Works directly with Sales on developing/partnership proposals for prospective clients

• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Atlas and Salesforce, including call notes, follow-ups, and client communications.
• Upsell and cross-sell existing merchants on new features, software add-ons, and hardware upgrades.
• Stay current on the fintech landscape, industry trends, and product updates to position yourself as a trusted technology advisor.

Field Sales Account Executive

General Counsel

• Advise business teams (including marketing, sales, IT, and operations) regarding compliance with privacy, AI, and related laws and work collaboratively with Privacy Office peers to provide advice for projects with both regional and global scope
• Advise on data protection terms in agreements including license, vendor, SaaS, technology, master services, confidentiality and other agreements
• Advise and provide guidance on product strategy, considering data protection laws, customer and partner relationships, consumer rights, third-party rights and obligations, and business needs
• Draft privacy policies, notices, related disclosures, disclaimers, FAQs and communications to support and enable business unit compliance
• Perform privacy impact assessments, responsible AI assessments, and other governance tasks, and contribute to the maintenance of records of processing and the satisfaction of privacy-by-design and privacy-by-default requirements
