• Lead the drafting, review, redlining, and negotiation of a wide range of commercial agreements, including NDAs, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), DPAs (Data Processing Agreement) and related amendments.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define sourcing requirements, develop procurement strategies, and ensure alignment with business objectives and timelines.
• Own and drive commercial negotiations with suppliers to secure optimal pricing, payment terms, service levels, delivery schedules, and contractual protections.
• Experience negotiating SaaS, Data Center, AI, Hardware, and Contingent Services contracts. History of stellar cost saving achievement.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Infosec to ensure agreements meet operational, financial, security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure procurement activities and contracts adhere to internal policies and applicable federal and state requirements; proactively identify and mitigate contractual and supplier risks.
• Maintain accurate documentation of contract activity, approvals, negotiation positions, and final terms to support audit readiness and ongoing contract administration.
• Support supplier onboarding and relationship management; measure and monitor supplier performance against contract SLAs/metrics and initiate corrective actions when needed.
• Contribute to departmental goals by identifying sourcing opportunities and driving measurable cost savings and value improvements through competitive sourcing and effective negotiation.
• Support resolution of contractual disputes and supplier performance issues, ensuring clear remedies, escalation paths, and appropriate stakeholder alignment.

• Design and implement comprehensive dashboards covering OS/platform level monitoring and application-level monitoring.
• Establish and maintain SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets for the service.
• Build alerting systems and performance monitoring to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response efforts, including post-mortem analysis and remediation.
• Maintain continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar.

Site Reliability Engineer

Solutions Engineer

• The Solution Architect will work within professional services to understand and solve the technological challenges associated with product build out and integration of Five9's customers.
• They will be a part of short term (a few days to several weeks) development projects that require gathering a customer’s integration requirements, analyzing feasibility using available APIs, as well as designing, developing, and implementing the solution.
• The candidate will be expected to interact with customers over the phone, via web conferences, and in person (with up to 15% travel required) and will often need to articulate complex technical solutions to a non-technical audience, necessitating excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Assist in the preparation of draft Board and Committee meeting materials and minutes, and maintain the official minute book of the corporation and related entities.
• Assist in drafting agendas, resolutions and secretary’s certificates, obtain requisite signatures, notarize, track and maintain same.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of SEC documents, including annual and quarterly reports, proxy statements, and Section 16 filings.
• Support planning and logistics for annual stockholder meetings.
• Support administration of our insider trading policy, including coordination of internal inquiries on the policy, communications related to trading windows, and coordinating various stock administration matters with the Stock Team, including10b5-1 trading plans.
• Manage requests for information and documents from our internal and external auditors, regulators, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support for documents and activities related to strategic transactions, M&A activity, new entity formations, dissolutions and changes in directors and officers.
• Oversee from subsidiary compliance, working closely with finance and outside counsel.
• Track litigation and other disputes, assist in responding to subpoenas and support managing communications with insurers, as needed.
• Manage sustainability and governance program.
• Support special projects as needed, including research, organization, and project management, OKR tracking and team budget support.
