Channel Development Manager

• Establish strong relationships with key partner and vendor decision-makers.
• Work closely with internal teams like Sales Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Senior Executives to achieve our goals.
• Achieve quarterly vendor sales quotas and collaborate with your manager on strategies for success.

Sales Development Rep

Senior SDR

Sales Engineer

• Champion vendor technologies and Exclusive Networks’ services, delivering technical enablement and driving solution adoption across partners.
• Lead presales activity: discovery sessions, solution design, demos, BOMs, POVs, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and SoW preparation.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable technical and service solutions aligned with delivery capabilities.
• Develop customized solutions based on client specifications, business objectives, and product capabilities.
• Support solution delivery with validated designs, implementation plans, and technical documentation.
• Maintain deep product and market expertise; provide roadmap insights and feed partner feedback into sales and marketing strategies.
• Develop and deliver training for internal teams; manage technical accreditations and act as SME across the organisation.
• Build and strengthen partner relationships, support pipeline generation, and enable effective product and service positioning.
• Monitor channel performance, analyse sales data, and support joint sales/marketing activities with partners.

Inside Sales

• Provide a high level of customer support to internal & external teams, issuing quotes, assisting with renewals and purchase orders, and assisting with administrative tasks when necessary (may include financing help, deal registration, and deliveries/logistics)

• Analyze partner requirements, credit profiles, business cases, and market dynamics to design competitive and compliant financing options.
• Collaborate with corporate finance, treasury, legal, and risk teams to ensure alignment with global policy, capital structure, and compliance requirements.
• Evaluate and onboard third party financing providers when needed, ensuring adherence to regional and corporate standards.
• Act as the financial lead during partner and customer negotiations, clearly presenting financing scenarios, total cost of ownership comparisons, and deal structures.
• Provide real time financial guidance to sales teams regarding risk, pricing, and commercial implications.
