• Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects and initiatives.

• Responsible in providing post sales support and project implementation and KT
• Ensure that the SLAs are met and project timelines are delivered on a timely manner to Exclusive Networks reseller base across the product portfolio
• Conducting a project kick off meeting with customer & documenting the implementation procedures
• Aligning project implementation within the signed scope of work agreed with the end user
• Obtaining a signed UAT from the authorized end user contact person after completing an implementation activity
• Documentation for processes and procedures
• Hand over of projects to partner account or post sales team
• Keeping up to date with new solutions, new product patches & updates, support options, deployment guidelines, etc.
• Maintain knowledge of roadmap, technology and product portfolio and share with the team
• Ensure that certification requirements across the product portfolio is met
• Ticket management and assignment within the SLAs in Vision ticketing system
• Work closely with the Post Sales Team Lead & colleagues to achieve goals and KPIs

• Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, functionality, and benefits of our solutions.
• Translate customer needs into tailored solution designs and proposals that align with our product portfolio.
• Assist in the creation and review of RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFIs (Request for Information) by providing technical expertise and input.
• Engage in technical discussions and solution design sessions with customers, understanding their technical environment and providing recommendations.
• Identify and address technical objections or concerns raised by customers, providing appropriate responses and solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, product management, and professional services, to ensure the feasibility and successful implementation of proposed solutions.
• Conduct product evaluations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and technical workshops to demonstrate the functionality and feasibility of our solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
• Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for sales teams to enhance their product knowledge and solution selling skills.
• Work closely with the Pre-Sales Team Lead & colleagues to achieve goals and KPIs

• Responsible in managing the Crowdstrike Networks business unit with functional reporting from Channel Account Managers & Pre & Post Sales Engineers
• Be able to form, build, and farm relationships by positioning the company and vendor’s value effectively internally, within the vendor and partner base.
• Clearly articulate the vendor message to suit the audience, for example technical, commercial or financial and gain the buy in of all stakeholders.
• Liaising with internal departments eg: Operations, sales, technical consultants, in order to fulfil customer needs, such as arranging demonstrations, organising quotes, logistics and customer risk management.
• Responsible for the growth objectives and vendor management of Palo Alto Networks
• Drive annual and quarterly business plans and reviews with vendors, key customers and the Exclusive Networks Vendor Alliances Organization
• Work with the vendor to on-board partners through training and enablement across all relevant departments
• On-going training to educate the partner on new releases and competitive messaging
• Support vendor focused activities, such as end user events and focus days
• Align Vendor Business Objective with Exclusive Networks marketing activities to ensure proper messaging and improve sales results.
• Training and enablement of Exclusive Networks team ensuring any accreditations are maintained
• Producing weekly, monthly and quarterly sales forecast reports and statistics along with monthly and quarterly results reports for Exclusive Networks management and the vendor.

Business Manager

• Focus on networks, endpoint, cloud, security, and application technologies.
• Implement and installation by product and solution.
• Provide support and troubleshooting by product and solution.
