About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Managing incoming requests: receiving client inquiries (calls, emails, etc.)
- Responding to all partner (client) requests
- Acting as liaison between vendors/publishers and partners
- Preparing quotes
- Sending required documentation (technical, administrative...)
- Ensuring follow-up, reminders and management of customer quotes
- Maintaining and updating the CRM tool (NetSuite)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 1–2 years' experience in a similar role
- Good written English
- Rigour and strong organizational skills
