About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute regional growth strategies that increase partner engagement, pipeline development, and revenue across the South Island.
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing, emerging, and strategic channel partners while identifying new partner opportunities.
- Work closely with partners, vendors, and internal teams to identify, qualify, and progress new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular partner visits, business reviews, enablement sessions, and growth planning activities across the region.
- Drive participation in vendor programs, training initiatives, marketing campaigns, and partner-led events to increase market presence and capability.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting, CRM reporting, and market intelligence while providing strategic insights to key stakeholders.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years' experience in business development, channel management, sales, or strategic account management roles.
- Proven success driving regional growth, building strategic partnerships, and consistently achieving revenue targets.
- Experience managing large partner networks and working within partner-led sales and channel distribution environments.
- Strong background within the ICT, cybersecurity, cloud, software, or technology sectors, ideally across the ANZ market.
- Excellent relationship management, communication, negotiation, and commercial planning skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Relevant channel, sales, or vendor certifications are advantageous.
