About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will support our partners by phone, email and via the ticketing system for the Cyber Security solutions listed under support
You will receive, analyze and assess customer issues
You will handle standard inquiries independently
You will work on complex issues together with colleagues from 2nd level support or the vendor
You will work closely with the Pre-Sales team to incorporate valuable practical insights into projects
You will take on a variety of tasks in existing and new projects at regional, national and international levels
You will participate in national and international events organized by Exclusive Networks and our vendors for continuous professional development

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have basic networking knowledge (DHCP, IP, TCP/UDP, DNS)
You demonstrate an independent, structured way of working and enjoy developing solutions together with the team
You are outgoing, articulate and a good listener
You have an analytical and logical approach to problem solving
You are interested in new technologies in Cyber Security and Cloud solutions and their related professional development
Prior experience with products from our partners such as Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Tanium, Infoblox, Extreme Networks, F5 Networks, etc. is an advantage but not required
You are confident in German and regularly use your good English skills, both written and spoken
You present yourself in a friendly, confident and competent manner
You work in a customer- and solution-oriented way and can handle high workloads under pressure
