Account Executive

• Manage the marketing activity for assigned accounts
• Create schedules of insurance and proposals
• Management and tracking policy renewals utilizing marketing sheets

• Manage day to day account transactions including additions, deletions of vehicles, acquisitions.

• Submission of renewal business to various markets and maintaining a productive relationship with insurance company underwriters and staff.
• Working with Frenkel team members to execute all renewals in a timely manner.
• Generation of accurate renewal submission, proposals.
• Working with team members at all levels to ensure client satisfaction. Pro-actively addressing client issues whenever possible. Immediately addressing matters impacting customer satisfaction as they arise.

Commercial Entertainment Account Executive

Account Manager

• Processes (during non-renewal periods) applications, policies, endorsements, binders, certificates, audit requests and other items related to the servicing of clients.
• Assists clients with policy coverage, exclusions and related questions and assists Producers in servicing clients.
• Services client accounts with oversight of Producers or Account Executives, which includes research/analysis and handling of client questions on coverage and other policy/contractual issues. Makes routine policy adjustments.
• Conducts renewal process with oversight of Producers or Account Executives, including exposure analysis for client (e.g., reviews census/experience data, contractual requirements for insurance), strategizes with Producer/Account Executive and client regarding whether to market and if applicable, conducts market comparisons by analyzing insurance rate and renewal information, obtains and evaluates quotes, negotiates premium and commission rates on behalf of clients for best alternatives (with full authority from EPIC to act on its behalf), prepares proposal, and oversees accuracy of insurance binder.
• Provides support to Producers and, if applicable, Account Executives, including preparing presentations and proposals, and participating in meetings with prospective clients as part of team.
• Maintains client files in appropriate systems. prepares billing and provides standard office/administrative support.
• Consistently establishes and maintains high levels of trust and confidence with clients by initiating introductions, through periodic contacts, and by promptly responding and resolving client questions and issues.
• Process all applications, policies, endorsements, incoming mail, binders, schedules, certificates, audits, and other items related to the servicing of clients policies in a timely and accurate manner.
• Inform and educate clients about policy coverage, changes, exclusions, and insurance coverage needs.
• Assist clients in making coverage changes.
• Responsible for timely, accurate invoicing and monthly expirations.
• Meet all quality and timeliness standards in the Agency Management System while properly documenting all activity.

Commercial Account Manager – Small Business

Producer

• High level of communication via phone & email to engage prospects
• Responsive follow up on all lead channels
• Ability to learn and manage leads within a CRM platform
• Ability to learn and successfully utilize a commercial lines comparative rater
• Foster strong relationships with referring producers, underwriters and other circles of influence
• Maintain adequate pipeline of prospects to achieve sales target
• Develop cross-selling strategies for existing client books
• Proficiency providing quote comparison reviews and articulating coverage differences
• Utilize and maintain EPIC’s CRM and Agency Management System within designed standards
• Fluent in navigating different risk profiles in Standard & E&S markets
• Attend all educational, training, and other sessions as directed by EPIC
• Achieve Annual Target Revenue: roughly 150K in new revenue

• Assists clients with policy coverages and related questions Reviews the policy coverages for potential gaps and other needs of the policyholder
• Works with Producers to assist client with the service needs mentioned above
• Renews and retains assigned accounts Conducts renewal process working with Producers, if applicable, to provide the best possible options for our client
• Provide client with additional coverage options
• Maintains client files in appropriate systems and provides standard office/administrative support
• Maintain carrier relationships and follow any changes with our contracted carriers and keep up with industry trends
• Consistently establishes and maintains high levels of trust and confidence with clients by initiating introductions, through periodic contacts, and by promptly responding and resolving client questions and issues
• Process all applications, policies, endorsements, incoming mail, binders, schedules, certificates, audits, and other items related to the servicing of clients policies in a timely and accurate manner

• Work with Placement Department and Producers to properly transition new business written
• For renewal marketing: Submit applications with proper supporting documentation and follow up to ensure timely receipt of quotes and policies
• If needed, enter policy information into carrier websites for quote options
• Aggressively and professionally negotiate premiums and commissions with underwriters and wholesalers
• Present quote options to the client and/or Producer, if applicable
• Bind and issue policies in carrier websites or order policies from underwriters
• Set priorities and manage workflow to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate processing of all responsibilities
• Maintain cordial and effective relations with clients, co-workers, carriers, wholesalers, vendors, and other business contacts
• Maintain up-to-date client records, workflow tasks/activities, manuals or other required documentation
• Interact with others effectively utilizing good communication skills, cooperating purposefully, and providing information and guidance as needed to achieve the business goals of the Company
• Stay informed regard industry trends, new product/program developments, coverages, legislation, technology to continuously improve knowledge and performance
• Work effectively to resolve problems or enhance service in a timely manner
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands
