Collections

• Perform collection activities related to major and complex accounts
• Perform analysis related to collection activities under supervisor direction
• Review credit held orders and recommend credit extensions
• Perform collection efforts on major and complex accounts, working with internal teams and customers to resolve short payments, disputes, billing issues
• Escalate to supervisor any issues contributing to collection delays
• Follow credit process and procedures to make appropriate credit decisions to release orders on hold
• Conduct customer reviews of new and existing customers to recommend credit lines
• Keep the supervisor informed of deteriorating credit
• Perform aging analyses and work with supervisor on establishing monthly/quarterly goals pertaining to DSO, Cash Collections and Account Reviews
• Assist with projects including gathering data/information, data analysis, and interaction with people at all levels in the organization

Account Executive

• Demonstrate sales success within Deluxe Merchant Services Direct and ISV partners’ client base
• Drive sales, engagement, new customer pipeline and revenue growth
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements including pricing and terms with clients to maximize profits
• Develop and assist with implementation of effective sales strategies and identify and target potential clients
• Track and manage sales quota at team and individual contribution level monthly, quarterly and annually

Utilize experience leading development initiatives utilizing CI/CD and distributed teams; strong .NET, SQL, and web services skills combined with agile development expertise, excellent communication abilities, and knowledge of security standards. Recommend solution options and provide technical recommendations based on business complexities and objectives. Mentor junior software engineers and contribute to their growth. Participate in technical design meetings and review business requirements. Develop and unit test software solutions following the software development lifecycle. Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, architects, developers, testers, and infrastructure teams. Define technical deliverables and ensure detailed documentation, support knowledge transfer, and configuration processes. Contribute to the overall design, configuration, and deployment documentation Conduct research and provide viable technical alternatives. Ensure compliance with industry best practices, standards, and company guidelines. Work with offshore development teams, if applicable. Conduct code reviews as required. Review and address code scanning outputs for vulnerability remediation.

• Collaborates with key business stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts and technology solution providers to gather and document business, functional and technology requirements to achieve stated business and technology goals for a project or as part of continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Works closely with the technology delivery team to translate these business requirements into technical/functional specifications, build testing scenarios and assist business user through user acceptance.
• Manages software deployment processes including planning, coordinating and managing software deployment tasks which requires weekend and evening availability
• Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps and product teams to align release schedules and deployment windows
