Operations

• Efficiently and accurately resolve held CI orders

Collections

Participate in technical design meetings and review business requirements. Develop and unit test software solutions following the software development lifecycle. Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, architects, developers, testers, and infrastructure teams. Define technical deliverables and ensure detailed documentation, support knowledge transfer, and configuration processes. Contribute to the overall design, configuration, and deployment documentation Conduct research and provide viable technical alternatives. • Collaborates with key business stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts and technology solution providers to gather and document business, functional and technology requirements to achieve stated business and technology goals for a project or as part of continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Works closely with the technology delivery team to translate these business requirements into technical/functional specifications, build testing scenarios and assist business user through user acceptance.
