About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan and manage production or purchase of materials to meet customer demand
Analyze inventory records and create inventory strategy
Manage material flow from suppliers through order fulfillment
Expedite and de-expedite orders as necessary
Partner with suppliers and internal fulfillment teams for improvement opportunities
Monitor daily exception reports to identify and resolve inventory issues
Place Purchase Orders or Production Orders as necessary
Participate in and lead various projects and initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience or HS/GED and 7 years of experience
Basic/general PC Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Must be 18 years of age or older
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar
5 years of supply management/inventory management experience
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
