• Own and iterate on core user flows for our e-commerce storefront and internal tools, with a bias toward shipping and improving over time.

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the IT/Development teams, focusing specifically on eCommerce capabilities, NetSuite integrations, and cross-border operations.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of current business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Elicit, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements for new features, system enhancements, major international deployments, and financial process improvements across multiple sales channels.
• Develop user stories, process flows, wireframes, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
