About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the IT/Development teams, focusing specifically on eCommerce capabilities, NetSuite integrations, and cross-border operations.
Conduct in-depth analysis of current business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Elicit, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements for new features, system enhancements, major international deployments, and financial process improvements across multiple sales channels.
Develop user stories, process flows, wireframes, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably within a retail, consumer goods, or technology environment.
3+ years of direct experience working with major B2C or B2B eCommerce platforms and related systems.
3+ years of NetSuite ERP experience (Fulfil.io a plus), with demonstrated expertise in Finance modules (GL, AR, AP, revenue recognition).
Demonstrable experience supporting or leading systems implementation aspects of international business expansion or cross-border trade projects.
Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical and financial information to non-technical audiences.
