• Design, document, and maintain industry leading standard operating procedures across all vault workflows for normal and high-value (VIP) standards, ensuring every process is documented, version-controlled, and auditable
• Establish and monitor SLAs for vault operations, tracking performance against zero-defect and on-time standards
• Triage and catalog recurring production and operational issues and partner with your direct report to redesign workflows that eliminate them

Process and Standards Manager

Client Partner

• Own the day-to-day coordination of client intake and outbound logistics with focus on VIP and high-end clientele, ensuring items move through receiving, cataloging, and shipping on time and without defects
• Serve as the internal expert on vault security and logistics protocols for high-value accounts
• Serve as the source of truth for the status of a client’s items across Ops, Customer Service, CRC, Claims, Security, and Facilities resolving discrepancies and escalating as needed
• Partner with Vault Operations, Security and carriers to schedule, track, and confirm large or high-value collection pickups and deliveries
• Maintain and audit chain-of-custody documentation for every high-value inbound and outbound movement, ensuring full traceability

Client Logistics Manager

Account Manager

• Own the relationship for the vault's VIP and whale-tier customers, serving as their primary point of contact and the internal source of truth on the status of their items
• Design and launch a formal VIP program — defining who qualifies, what the experience looks like at each stage, and how it's measured
• Partner closely with the Customer Care team to fit VIP service into existing support workflows rather than building a disconnected parallel process
• Assess and respond to non-standard, high-value requests — unusual consignment terms, pricing questions on rare items, and lending-related deposits — where a generic answer won't do

Senior Client Relations Manager

• Plan, facilitate, and track internal IT sprint cycles, ensuring cross-functional IT workstreams are prioritized and delivered on schedule.

• Set the technical bar as a senior IC, leading through design reviews, code review, and mentorship — raising the quality, rigor, and engineering discipline of the team without a formal management role.
• Build and harden data ingestion at scale, designing batch and CDC pipelines across a diverse set of sources — operational databases, SaaS applications, and ERP systems — and driving vendor and tooling decisions with a clear point of view.

• Own the semantic layer in Lightdash, defining metrics, dimensions, and governed datasets so the business gets one consistent, trusted answer to every question — no matter who (or what) is asking.
