• Analyze the insurance coverage applicable to a claim upon receipt of the file and inform the client
• Settle the claim after the waiting period has expired
• Lead debt recovery activities: act as the link between the recovery team and the client, monitor ongoing actions, and process payments of expense reports and fees
• Communicate with clients and brokers about the progress of their files
• Provide guidance on next steps at each stage of the recovery process
• Manage financial transactions in coordination with the accounting department
