• Own deployment vendor governance frameworks, performance scorecards, and compliance enforcement mechanisms across deployment programs.
• Develop, manage, and continuously optimize vendor performance scorecards and operational reporting frameworks to monitor SLA compliance, installation quality, technician certification, and deployment execution performance.

Vendor Performance Manager

• Own and govern deployment installation standards
• Develop and deliver structured installation training programs for internal deployment team and integrator organizations
• Ensure integrator technicians are properly trained, certified, and prepared before being deployed to customer sites
• Create and maintain installation playbooks, training materials, and standard operating procedures for deployment execution
• Partner with Deployment and Engineering teams to define installation methodologies for new deployment programs
• Establish governance processes that guide field execution
• Support integrators in training their technicians to ensure consistent field execution and adherence to Coates standards
