About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide on-site and remote support during critical installations of digital signage equipment, ensuring adherence to project specifications.
Escalate complex issues to engineering or product support.
Assess installer competency and provide ongoing coaching.
Collaborate with sourcing to implement online training portals.
Develop and maintain a centralized training repository.
Analyze training completion rates and identify opportunities for improvement.
Conduct pre-installation site surveys and communicate findings to project teams.
Perform post-installation site audits to assess installation quality.
Implement a standardized audit checklist for consistency across installation sites.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate degree in Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience in field installation, preferably in digital signage, AV systems, or IT infrastructure.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in the field.
Proficiency in reading technical drawings, wiring schematics, and equipment specifications.
Willingness to travel to various installation sites as needed, including overnight install.
Experience in MS Office tools is highly preferred.
