About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-site signage, shopfitting and fit-out installations
- Remotely coordinate install crews, subcontractors, trades and suppliers across sites
- Build and manage install schedules, site access, milestones and dependencies
- Be the central point of contact for clients and install teams, resolving issues quickly
- Drive site safety, quality and compliance across every install
- Managing data & internal stakeholders ensuring the timely delivery of multiple sites at the same time
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years managing physical installation, Signage, shopfitting, or construction/fit-out projects, across multiple site at the same time
- Proven experience coordinating subcontractors, trades and install crews across multiple sites
- Strong remote project management — schedules, budgets, safety and quality
- A confident communicator who can lead, coordinate and motivate installation teams remotely
- A trade, construction, signage or shopfitting background is highly regarded
