• Own forecasting, KPI tracking, and executive reporting on expansion, retention, and account health across the portfolio.
• Build and evolve the playbooks and operating model for how Clay engages, retains, and grows its largest accounts.

• Build Clay's Fortune 500 playbook — Develop the positioning, use cases, and assets that help Clay land and expand within Fortune 500 accounts
• Move fast on live deals early on — In the first months, prioritize rapid-response support for active deals over long-term asset-building
• Develop Fortune 500-specific positioning and messaging — Translate Clay's capabilities into the language, use cases, and proof points that resonate with enterprise buyers

People Operations

• Manage day-to-day administration of our global benefits programs, including health, dental, vision & retirement.
• Build out benefit programs in new markets giving our team a comparable Clay experience, no matter where they are located
• Serve as a main point of contact for employee benefits questions, and make sure people get clear, timely answers
• Evaluate our benefit plans to regularly to ensure we are offering the best benefits for our team to both take care of our people and keep us competitive
• Lead open enrollment from start to finish: communication, system setup, and vendor coordination
• Partner with brokers and vendors on renewals, issue resolution, and evaluating our benefits offerings
• Keep us compliant with relevant regulations (ACA, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, and similar)
• Audit benefits data regularly to catch and fix discrepancies before they become bigger problems
• Serve as the primary administrator for our HRIS, Rippling, including employee records, workflows, and permissions
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Rippling to support People team and business needs
• Configure and maintain integrations between Rippling and our benefits
• Set up and manage automated workflows for onboarding, offboarding, and status changes (ex. new hires, terminations, promotions, leaves)
• Own vendor relationships for our People systems, including renewals, contract review, and evaluating new tools or add-ons
• Troubleshoot issues and serve as the main point of contact for Rippling support
• Create documentation and process guides so the team knows how to use these tools correctly

Account Executive – GTME, SMB

Technical Project Manager

• Represent Clay in enterprise client calls covering deployment, integrations, performance, security, compliance, and infrastructure topics;
• Act as a bridge between client stakeholders and Clay's development team;
• Prepare client-facing technical documentation, including implementation approaches, platform recommendations, technical requirements, and integration overviews;
• Review technical documentation before client delivery and identify gaps, inconsistencies, or missing information;
• Respond to client questions regarding security, analytics, integrations, hosting, and platform capabilities;
• Evaluate and document technology platform recommendations, including CMS selection and migration considerations;

Systems Engineer

• Build the foundation of identity at Clay. You’ll help design and deploy the systems that govern how employees access technology across the company. From identity architecture and access management to lifecycle automation and device trust, you’ll play a key role in establishing the next generation of Clay’s security and IT foundations.
• Create seamless employee experiences. You’ll help build onboarding, offboarding, and device enrollment experiences that feel effortless for employees while maintaining strong security controls. We believe great IT experiences should be both secure and invisible.
• Automate everything possible. You’ll design and implement workflows that eliminate manual work, improve consistency, and allow IT to scale efficiently. Whether it’s lifecycle management, access provisioning, SaaS administration, or operational processes, you’ll look for opportunities to replace repetitive work with thoughtful automation.
• Help build the systems that power IT. You’ll contribute to the evolution of our internal technology stack, including identity, endpoint management, service management, and operational workflows that support employees around the world.

• Manage U.S. visa cases across the full lifecycle — from offer stage through renewals and permanent residency

• Design and build Salesforce objects, flows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards that support GTM teams across the company
• Build and maintain CPQ and billing workflows within Salesforce, ensuring clean handoffs between sales, finance, and post-sale teams
• Serve as the primary Salesforce builder for cross-functional teams: Sales, Tech Partnerships, CX, Finance, and more, translating process needs into technical solutions
