• Design and scale onboarding and ever-boarding programs that accelerate ramp time and set a consistent foundation for success through live workshops, certifications, and training.
• Capture and scale what top performers do best, turning learnings into repeatable frameworks, talk tracks, and playbooks that raise the bar across the team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and GTME to translate product releases into actionable workflows and plays that drive product adoption and retention.
• Build and maintain enablement systems that support a rapidly growing GS team. Leverage AI and automation to optimize knowledge sharing and personalize learning.
• Your work will improve ramp time, increase adoption, and drive measurable performance across our GS organization.

Growth Strategy

• You will be the main driver of Clay’s email and in-product notification channels, owning all company communications as well as experiments to improve core metrics.
• You will obsess over our email onboarding process, building different tracks for different personas and use cases.
• You will obsess on how our core market segments and personas build the habit of using Clay. You will then experiment with how we can manufacture habit loops through different forms of notifications.
• You will partner very closely with our GTM Ops team to ensure you have all of the right audience segments and tracking infrastructure to implement campaigns.
• You will work closely with Content and Product Marketing to launch ongoing company announcements and product features with clear and concise copy.
• You will work closely with Brand to ensure our emails fit our guidelines and have a strong brand presence.

Growth, Lifecycle

Full-stack Engineer

• Design and ship new integrations with data providers (REST APIs, webhooks, SQL databases, custom solutions)
• Improve integrations framework and infrastructure (account authorization, rate limiting, request queueing, data file ingestion and serving)
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, partnerships, customer success, and sales to understand customer needs, respond to feedback, and measure success
• Debug, maintain, and iterate on existing integrations end-to-end
• Partner with product managers and customers to design and deliver customer-facing features and fullstack data enrichment user experiences
• Ship code frequently that unlocks customer use cases and support other engineers on the team

Software Engineer, Integrations

Manager

• Lead a dedicated product support team to ensure customers maximize product value and receive exceptional support
• Hire, onboard, mentor, and develop support specialists and optimize team capacity
• Ensure the team hits monthly support targets and performance metrics (first contact resolution, CSAT 90%+)
• Own and optimize human support systems including queue segmentation and prioritization
• Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and provide insights to product and engineering
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering; coordinate incidents and lead escalations and high-priority responses
• Support diverse customer base (enterprises to SMBs) and drive continuous improvement

Product Support Manager

Recruitment

• Support full-cycle recruiting for non-technical roles at all levels, focusing on logistics from initial contact through hiring
• Schedule interviews, manage calendars, and ensure candidates have a positive, organized experience
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to provide logistical support for job postings, interviews, feedback loops, and candidate follow-ups
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication throughout the interview journey
• Assist with organizing and attending recruiting events, career fairs, and networking opportunities
• Support onboarding for new hires, ensuring paperwork and logistical details are completed before their first day

Recruiting Coordinator

Product Marketing

• Create Clay's core narrative, messaging frameworks, and competitive battlecards so revenue teams can effectively position and sell products
• Build detailed buyer personas and messaging that converts, plus competitive analysis to help teams win against key rivals
• Create training programs, sales assets, and enablement materials that help reps have better conversations and close more deals
• Identify where deals get stuck and work with sales to improve conversion through targeted messaging, collateral, and campaigns
• Create programs and materials that help existing customers grow usage and increase investment in Clay
• Develop compelling case studies, success stories, and reference programs that support the sales process
• Create simple, repeatable Product Marketing processes that scale as the company grows
• Integrate AI tools (including Clay) to automate routine tasks and improve effectiveness
• Report to Head of Product Marketing and collaborate closely with Sales, Growth, GTMOps, and Enablement functions

Product Marketing Lead, Solutions

Executive Assistant

• Support Head of Finance (Puneet Sabharwal) and Head of People (Karan Parekh) as the behind-the-scenes executive assistant.
• Manage fast-changing calendars with precision and handle priorities.
• Act as the go-to point of contact for internal and external partners, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, itineraries, and travel details.
• Take on personal and ad-hoc tasks including handling appointments, running errands, and organizing thoughtful celebrations and team events.
• Keep all moving parts in rhythm so nothing skips a beat; provide proactive problem-solving and anticipation of needs.

• Build and develop the strategy, design, and execution of the recruiting/talent function
• Lead hiring efforts as Clay rapidly grows headcount and ensure hiring of great fits for Clay

• Build and scale the recruiting team, lead headcount planning, vision, and strategy to achieve business targets

Head of Recruiting

• Serve as a trusted advisor translating Clay’s capabilities into clear business value for mid-market and enterprise customers
• Lead technical discovery and consultative sales discussions with enterprise prospects
• Design custom solutions, proofs-of-concept workflows, and compelling tables to showcase Clay’s solutions
• Develop technical sales collateral and presentations for executive audiences
• Influence product strategy by translating enterprise requirements and customer feedback into product improvements
• Partner with Sales-Led team to enable high-touch, consultative enterprise adoption

Role summary: Events Lead partnering with Head of Events to scale event marketing initiatives and ignite community engagement.
