• Lead the joint business planning process and annual strategic plan with assigned customer.
• Utilize the E4 system to create optimal customer plans to drive the portfolio.
• Manage supplier relationships on assigned categories.
• Utilize the sales planning tool and customer investment system to create optimal customer plans.
• Develop and implement trade promotion strategies and tactical plans with the customer.
• Conduct post event analysis to evaluate promotional volume, consumption, profit and spending results versus plan and leverage findings to maximize future promotional opportunities.
• Monitor and manage deduction balances and conduct post audits.
• Leverage shelf solutions to drive retail availability and additional product placements in store.
• Conduct category business reviews, leveraging loyalty and syndicated data, to discuss the state of the business, consumer trends, key business drivers, incremental opportunities, etc.
• Leverage Category Management resources and loyalty data appropriately.
• Knowledgeable of Campbell brand strategies and tactics and implements by working closely with the customer's key decision makers which include buyers, category managers, merchandising leaders, and senior leadership.
• Utilize sound category management practices to proactively link consumer and shopper trends and opportunities.
• Lead the customer in the execution of category assessments.
• Develop and lead accurate monthly forecasts to maximize supply chain efficiencies by tracking shipments, consumption data and inventory changes for the entire team.
• Proactively identify potential risks or threats to monthly forecasts.
• Sell in new items to the customer and work with key customer personnel to achieve optimal distribution.
• Leverage Customer Marketing resources to develop and implement collaborative marketing programs in alignment with brand and customer strategies and track and monitor progress of new item and initiative development.
• Assess customer's competitive position, behaviors and strategies and understand how they align with company strategic goals and determine appropriate investment strategy that will best support a customer's revenue, profit, and share growth.
• Develop productive working relationship with Senior Leadership within the customer's organizational structure.
• Responsible for managing multiple categories.

Customer Sales Lead

Supply Chain

• Participates and collaborates as an integral part of the company HR team.
• Develops and leads HR projects that encompass both assigned functional team and broader division.

• Partner with Supply Chain leaders to identify talent, organization, capability, and culture outcomes required to deliver on short and long-term strategic priorities.
• With leaders, drives efforts to increase engagement of our employees to ensure a positive work environment within function and across the workplace.
• Proactively works with leaders and employees to identify and resolve areas of concern and promote and foster an open and inclusive environment.
• Drives company culture by assessing current state and gaps, developing plan to communicate and reinforce the company's values and culture to enable us to develop and maintain a high performing, values-based organization in support of the company's objectives.
• Acts as strategic lead to the business and leads people discussions to ensure we have the right size organization with the right people in the right roles.
• Provides consultative support in organization structure and design to ensure support of the short- and long-term goals of the organization.
• Leads the Talent Development process for assigned functional team to ensure assessment, development, and succession planning.
• Identifies best practices – both from within and outside the Campbell Soup Company; recommends innovative opportunities to drive HR strategies to the next level.

Director, People and Culture – Supply Chain

• Implement and manage supply chain initiatives across Snacks and Meals & Beverage categories.
• Deliver proactive supply chain solutions through robust customer sensing capabilities and jointly managed project action plans.
• Lead Supply Chain Joint Business Planning processes with customers.
• Identify and achieve service excellence as defined by our customers.
• Build organizational capability through direction setting and development.
• Provide supply chain expertise and insights to the Campbell’s sales team.
• Design and deliver solutions that balance cost and service for collaborative customer relationships.
• Drive cross-functional partnerships with planning, operations, transportation, and distribution teams.
• Harmonize sales, demand, and customer forecasts for distribution gains, losses, and merchandising activities.
• Communicate and coordinate emerging supply chain capabilities and technologies between Campbell’s and customers.
• Own direct customer contact with supply chain personnel.
• Implement and manage new and existing Campbell’s supply chain programs, including reverse logistics projects.
• Develop corrective action plans for service issues in collaboration with Campbell’s Supply Chain.
• Support customer sales leads by educating peers on P&L impacts of logistics.
• Assist the Sr Manager, Customer Engagement in executing key initiatives.

• Lead preparation for line reviews, recurring category reviews, Joint Business Plans (JBP), and Top‑to‑Top meetings.
• Translate complex data into influential, strategic storytelling.
