About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in capturing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications for the data and analytics teams.
- Evaluate existing workflows to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, or better data integration.
- Work within the Agile framework to draft user stories and acceptance criteria for upcoming development cycles.
- Assist in the design of source to target maps (STTM) to help developers build.
- Assist in the design of Power BI dashboards that help business stakeholders track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Help ensure that delivered technical solutions meet the original business requirements through rigorous testing and feedback loops.
- Engage in regular sprint meetings, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution.
- Leverage AI agents and provide feedback to train and refine the models output.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Current undergraduate or graduate student in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to simplify complex information.
- Basic understanding of data concepts and an understanding of SQL.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork abilities.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
