• Act as the primary point of contact for intermediaries within their portfolio and deliver the highest level of customer care
• Seek to resolve queries via emails and calls with both quality and productivity
• Investigate issues for brokers, recognise trends of issues and be proactive in recommending solutions
• Establish and develop effective relationships with brokers
• Manage workload between enrolment and broker service effectively, prioritising tasks based on importance and urgency
• Facilitate administration work in renewal business
• Provide the necessary support to brokers in training such as online portal navigation and enrolment process
• Ownership of both broker service and enrolment offering account-management styled support to intermediaries
