About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation and change projects across technology, regulatory, operational and partnership workstreams
  • Manage project scope, plans, budgets, forecasts, risks, issues and dependencies
  • Drive business readiness activities for change adoption and benefits realisation
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders, sponsors and delivery teams across business and technology functions
  • Produce project reporting, governance updates and financial forecasts
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers to deliver solutions
  • Ensure projects comply with business standards, governance frameworks and regulatory requirements
  • Support programme-level planning and wider portfolio reporting and governance
  • Facilitate communication across project stakeholders on priorities and delivery milestones

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation initiatives
  • Demonstrable experience delivering complex, multi-faceted projects comprising various workstreams
  • Dexterity, adaptation, and creativity to support competing delivery priorities
  • Extensive knowledge and real-world application of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, ideally within a regulated environment
  • Extensive knowledge and real-world implementation of business change into complex regulatory environments
  • Knowledge and expertise managing change activity comprising multiple concurrent technical and non-technical items
  • Proficient in risk, resource, and cost management
  • Expertise and experience coordinating resources and delivery planning
  • Established stakeholder management skills across business customers and technology colleagues
  • Experience working in a regulated and compliance-led environment, including international jurisdictions
  • Experience with multiple business and IT delivery methodologies, e.g. MSP, Prince2, Lean, Agile, SDLC
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiating and influencing skills
  • Knowledge of the Insurance sector, preferably Private Medical/International Health, and/or healthcare environment and relevant business areas
  • Well organised, works to deadlines, analytical and articulate
  • Ability to think ahead and proactively understand when to push issues to achieve a desired outcome
  • Proficient at business communication and cost management, including production of business proposals and managing significant budgets
  • Experience delivering change and managing teams across several international geographies
