About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide onboarding services for new employees joining Bupa or moving roles within the business
  • Ensure all activities are completed within agreed SLAs and quality assurance standards
  • Check that relevant documentation has been received in the HR system
  • Issue accurate and compliant contracts of employment
  • Issue appropriate documentation and links to candidates
  • Request the appropriate screening package
  • Monitor screening activity through to conclusion
  • Escalate delays in the screening process using agreed escalation processes
  • Maintain strong candidate relationships and deliver an outstanding candidate experience
  • Explain the customer journey and candidate requirements
  • Keep candidates informed of progress through regular communication across various channels

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous administration experience in a volume transactional environment
  • Previous HR experience desirable
  • Experience working in a customer service environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability to work full-time, 37.5 hours per week
  • Ability to work hybrid with a minimum of 1 day in the office per week
