Revenue Growth Manager

Brand Designer

• Design and produce sales presentations, pitch decks, and proposal templates that reflect BRIDGE's brand system
• Create one-sheeters and sales collateral for the sales and account teams
• Design paid media creative across BRIDGE’s digital channels (display, social, programmatic)
• Design and lay out internal and external email newsletters and customer communications
• Produce event and trade show materials including signage, booth graphics, and printed collateral
• Uphold BRIDGE's brand identity standards across every asset - color, typography, logo usage, shape language, and layout
• Update and maintain visual elements on the BRIDGE website - including graphics, imagery, banners, and landing page assets - to keep the site current and on-brand
• Evolve and extend the brand system as needed under the direction of the head of marketing
• Maintain organized libraries of brand assets, templates, and design files for team use
• Partner with marketing, sales, and account teams to turn briefs into production-ready creative on deadline
• Manage multiple concurrent design requests across teams and prioritize based on business need
• Prepare files for print, digital delivery, and partner specifications
• Ensure every asset meets brand standards before it leaves the company

Product Manager

• Own a product area end-to-end: Accountable for its strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes.
• Make crisp prioritization decisions that balance merchant value with business impact.
• Define and champion the roadmap: Working with the VP of Product to sequence what gets built, grounding every decision in market insight, customer evidence, and commercial opportunity.
• Lead discovery: Driving deep engagement with commercial and technical teams to surface real merchant and partner needs and translating raw insight into clearly articulated product opportunities.
• Set and own success metrics: Defining what good looks like for your product area and holding yourself accountable to outcomes, not just delivery milestones.
• Bridge strategy and execution — partnering with Product Owners to ensure requirements become well-structured, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria that engineering teams can move on with confidence.
• Govern the backlog with rigor — reviewing and triaging enhancement requests, ensuring everything entering the pipeline has a coherent rationale and is properly sequenced relative to strategic priorities.
• Enable seamless merchant go-lives — equipping the onboarding team with the product context and knowledge they need to deliver frictionless launch experiences.
• Influence the product culture — contributing to the maturity of the wider product function as BR-DGE scales its team and practices.

Senior Product Manager

• Own a product area end-to-end – acting as the single accountable point for its strategy, roadmap, and outcomes.
• Champion the commercial voice – engaging directly and consistently with our commercial teams and merchants.
• Shaping the roadmap - defining and sequencing high-impact features.
• Becoming a subject matter expert – developing a deep understanding of the wider payments industry.
• Defining and tracking success – setting measurable outcomes for your product area.
• Bridging strategy and execution – collaborating closely with Product Owners to translate high-level goals into actionable user stories.
• Governing the backlog with intent – triaging enhancement requests and technical feedback.
• Enabling seamless merchant go-lives – providing the onboarding team with the deep product context and support they need.

SDET

• Design, maintain and evolve automation frameworks across the full stack: Component, Integration, Contract (Pact), E2E, and Performance/Load testing.
• Partner with development teams during refinement, build and release phases to embed quality criteria into sprint planning and definitions of done.
• Coach on automation, testability, observability and quality first design.
• Ensure our pipelines are fast, reliable, and CI-native, implementing meaningful quality gates and reducing feedback loops.
• Suggest architectural improvements to enhance testability and advocate for patterns that support robust contract testing.
• Strengthen our monitoring and alerting standards, participating in incident post-mortems to turn ‘learnings’ into automated safeguards.
• Use DORA metrics to provide visibility into quality trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Proactively drive forward the organisation-wide quality strategy, designing the high-level architecture of our testing ecosystem, and mentoring junior engineers.
• Act as a thought leader to coach development teams, championing 'quality-first' design to improve delivery speed and move the needle on engineering maturity.
