Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, LMFT

Counselor

• Brave Health: committed to expanding access to compassionate, high-quality mental health care
• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program as a full-time Associate Therapist/RMHCI
• Deliver therapy, treatment planning, and assessments for patients across the lifespan, including Medicaid and Medicare beneficiaries
• Use telehealth software and virtual communication tools; follow HIPAA and privacy requirements
• Expectation to complete approximately 30 client care hours per week (about 6 clients per day)
• Monday–Friday schedule with specified shift options

Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, RMHCI

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program
• Full-time Associate Therapist role offering W2 employment and supervision
• Deliver treatment planning, comprehensive assessments, and patient-centered care
• Expected to complete ~30 client care hours per week (about 6 clients daily)
• Use telehealth technology and internal communication tools to deliver care
• Work Monday–Friday with specified shift windows; no weekends

Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate, LMHCA

• Brave Health mission: transform lives by expanding access to compassionate, high-quality mental health care using technology
• Provide outpatient therapy services through Brave Health's telehealth program as a Licensed Therapist/LMHC
• Deliver care to patients across the lifespan and partner with Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial plans
• Work 100% remotely from home and use telehealth software for clinical care
• Follow company schedules (weekday shifts) and meet productivity expectations
• Participate in required licensure/credential maintenance when expanding into new markets (company covers fees)

• Work as a full-time Associate Therapist/Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern
• Deliver care to patients across the lifespan, partnering with Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial plans
• Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and regular therapy sessions via telehealth
• Utilize telehealth software and internal communication tools; expected productivity ~30 client care hours/week

• Serve patients across the lifespan; partner with commercial plans and are licensed Medicaid and Medicare provider
• Monday–Friday shifts with specified EST hours; no weekends
• Additional compensation for bilingual (Spanish) clinicians
