About the role

  • Provide outpatient therapy services through Brave Health's telehealth program as a Licensed Therapist/LMHC
  • Deliver care to patients across the lifespan and partner with Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial plans
  • Work 100% remotely from home and use telehealth software for clinical care
  • Follow company schedules (weekday shifts) and meet productivity expectations
  • Participate in required licensure/credential maintenance when expanding into new markets (company covers fees)

Requirements

  • Master's level degree and licensure (independent licensure, e.g., LMHC)
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
  • Must have a private work-from-home space for patient privacy and HIPAA
  • Fluency in English required; Spanish preferred; other languages a plus
  • Meets background and regulatory requirements
  • Must be comfortable completing 30 client care hours/week (approx. 6 clients/day)
  • Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses
  • Experience working with chronic severe mental illness (schizophrenia, bipolar, personality disorders, schizoaffective disorder) preferred
  • Treatment planning and ability to utilize comprehensive assessments
  • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
  • Availability for full-time Monday–Friday set schedule
