About the role
- Provide outpatient services through telehealth
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and treatment planning
- Deliver approximately 30 client-care hours per week (about 6 clients/day)
- Utilize telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
- Partner with clients to achieve treatment goals across the lifespan
- Maintain patient privacy and HIPAA-compliant home workspace
- Work Monday–Friday shifts (9am-6pm or 10am-7pm CT), no weekends
Requirements
- Master's level degree and licensure
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Work from home space must have privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
- Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus
- Meets background/regulatory requirements
- Available and interested in a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday
- Comfortable completing 30 client care hours per week (~6 clients/day)
- Experience working with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder (preferred)
- Fully/independently licensed (LMFT or equivalent)
