About the role
- Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program
- Full-time Associate Therapist role offering W2 employment and supervision
- Deliver treatment planning, comprehensive assessments, and patient-centered care
- Expected to complete ~30 client care hours per week (about 6 clients daily)
- Use telehealth technology and internal communication tools to deliver care
- Work Monday–Friday with specified shift windows; no weekends
Requirements
- Master's level degree and licensure
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Work from home space must have privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
- Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus
- Meets background/regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
- Treatment planning
- Comfortable with utilizing technology including telehealth software and video communication
- Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals
- Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments
