About the role
- Provide outpatient services through telehealth program
- Full-time Associate Therapists to join team and provide outpatient services through telehealth
- See approximately 30 client care hours per week (6 clients seen on average, per day)
- Work Monday-Friday, shift options 10am-7pm or 11am-8pm EST
- Utilize telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
- Collaborate with senior recruiters after AI screening and work within clinical team
Requirements
- Master's level degree and licensure
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Work from home space must have privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
- Fluency in English, Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus
- Meets background/regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
- Treatment planning
- Comfortable with utilizing technology at all points of the day, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
- Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals
- Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments
