About the role

  • Provide outpatient services through telehealth program
  • Full-time Associate Therapists to join team and provide outpatient services through telehealth
  • See approximately 30 client care hours per week (6 clients seen on average, per day)
  • Work Monday-Friday, shift options 10am-7pm or 11am-8pm EST
  • Utilize telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
  • Collaborate with senior recruiters after AI screening and work within clinical team

Requirements

  • Master's level degree and licensure
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
  • Work from home space must have privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
  • Fluency in English, Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus
  • Meets background/regulatory requirements
  • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
  • Treatment planning
  • Comfortable with utilizing technology at all points of the day, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
  • Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals
  • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments
