About the role
- Provide outpatient mental health services through Brave Health's telehealth program
- Full-time Licensed Therapists (LMHC) delivering care remotely from home
- Serve patients across the lifespan; partner with commercial plans and are licensed Medicaid and Medicare provider
- Monday–Friday shifts with specified EST hours; no weekends
- Additional compensation for bilingual (Spanish) clinicians

Requirements
- Master's level degree and licensure
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Work from home space must have privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
- Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus
- Meets background/regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
- Treatment planning
- Comfortable with utilizing technology including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
- Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals
- Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments
