About the role

  • Brave Health mission: expand access to compassionate, high-quality mental health care via technology
  • Provide outpatient services through telehealth as a licensed therapist
  • Full-time Licensed Therapists to join team and provide outpatient telehealth services
  • Remote, W2 employment seeing patients across the lifespan (Medicaid, Medicare, commercial plans)
  • Set Monday–Friday shifts with no weekends; specific shift windows in EDT
  • Liability insurance and annual professional development stipend provided

Requirements

  • Master's level degree and licensure
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
  • Work from home space must have privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
  • Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; other languages a plus
  • Meets background/regulatory requirements
  • Fully/independently licensed in one or more US states (as applicable)
  • Must have completed supervision hours for licensure (varies by credential)
  • Comfortable seeing ~30 client care hours per week (≈6 clients/day)
  • Experience with chronic severe mental illness (schizophrenia, bipolar, personality disorders, schizoaffective disorder)
  • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
  • Treatment planning and comprehensive assessments
  • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal tools
  • Experience working collaboratively with clients to achieve goals
