About the role
- Brave Health mission: expand access to compassionate, high-quality mental health care via technology
- Provide outpatient services through telehealth as a licensed therapist
- Full-time Licensed Therapists to join team and provide outpatient telehealth services
- Remote, W2 employment seeing patients across the lifespan (Medicaid, Medicare, commercial plans)
- Set Monday–Friday shifts with no weekends; specific shift windows in EDT
- Liability insurance and annual professional development stipend provided

Requirements
- Master's level degree and licensure
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Work from home space must have privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
- Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; other languages a plus
- Meets background/regulatory requirements
- Fully/independently licensed in one or more US states (as applicable)
- Must have completed supervision hours for licensure (varies by credential)
- Comfortable seeing ~30 client care hours per week (≈6 clients/day)
- Experience with chronic severe mental illness (schizophrenia, bipolar, personality disorders, schizoaffective disorder)
- Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
- Treatment planning and comprehensive assessments
- Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal tools
- Experience working collaboratively with clients to achieve goals
