About the role
- Deliver outpatient therapy via Brave Health's telehealth program
- Provide remote, full-time clinical services to Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial patients
- Work Monday - Friday with set shifts (9am-6pm, 10am-7pm, 11am-8pm ET)
- Collaborate to support patients across the lifespan and expand access to compassionate, high-quality mental health care
- May be asked to obtain additional state licenses as Brave Health expands (fees covered by company)
Requirements
- Master's level degree and licensure
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Work from home space with privacy for patient safety and HIPAA
- Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus
- Meets background/regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
- Treatment planning
- Comfortable with telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
- Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals
- Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments
