About the role
- Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program
- Deliver psychotherapy, treatment planning, and comprehensive assessments for patients across the lifespan
- Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools for care delivery
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient safety from a private home workspace
- Complete required clinical volume (30 client care hours per week; avg. 6 clients/day)
- Work Monday-Friday shifts (9am-6pm or 10am-7pm CT); no weekends
- Participate in professional growth using annual stipend and collaborate with care teams to achieve client goals
Requirements
- Master's level degree and licensure
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Work from home space must have privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
- Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus
- Meets background/regulatory requirements
- Available and interested in a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday
- Comfortable seeing 30 client care hours per week (approximately 6 clients per day)
- Experience working with chronic severe mental illness (schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, schizoaffective disorder)
